Hiroshi Yamauchi.

Hiroshi Yamauchi was the president of Nintendo Co, Ltd from 1949 until he retired in 2002 and gave up the title to Satoru Iwata, where he then became Chairman of Nintendo's Board of Directors. He is now the second richest man in Japan. During his near sixty years in office, Hiroshi managed to change Nintendo's focus into developing video games, starting with unpopular Arcade games. He assisted in the production of Donkey Kong, and supported the development of nearly all of Nintendo's games, including the Mario games.
