World 8-11 is the fourteenth course of World 8 in Puzzle & Dragons: Super Mario Bros. Edition. It is a volcanic cavern level with enemies consisting of Dry Bones, Lakitus, Spinies, Bony Beetles and Bullet Bills.

Layout[edit]

This level starts with three battles, after which the player reaches a branching path with a Gold Block on the left, two signs pointing straight ahead, and a red Warp Pipe on the right. The player must clear more Water Orbs than other Orb types for the Gold Block to produce its Beanstalk, the signs in the center require more Dark Orbs to take the path straight ahead, and the red Warp Pipe on the requires more Fire Orbs to be cleared to enter it.

Taking the path straight ahead, the player finds a ? Block then faces three battles before the boss fight at the end with a King Bill.

Taking the red Warp Pipe on the right, the player enters another volcanic area and faces two battles before taking a green Warp Pipe back to the main area, where they face the last battle before the boss fight.

To trigger the Gold Block to produce its Beanstalk, the player needs to bring an ally that can create Water Orbs as the course itself does not provide them. Climbing the Beanstalk produced by the Gold Block on the left, the player enters a sky area and faces four battles before the boss fight with Double Lakitu. Clearing the course with this path unlocks World 8-Ghost House 2.

The player has Fire, Wood, Light, Dark and Heart Orbs on the Orb field for this course.

★World 8-11[edit]

★World 8-11 is a difficult version of World 8-11 from ★World 8 with Water Orbs appearing on the Orb field while Light Orbs do not. As such, the Gold Block at the branching path now requires the player to clear more Light Orbs than other Orb types to produce its Beanstalk; the player needs to bring an ally that can create Light Orbs, however. There are slight variations to enemy formations for the first and third battles in the Beanstalk area, having more Paragoombas in them. Clearing the course by taking the secret exit unlocks ★World 8-Ghost House 2 ★World 8-Ghost House 2.
