Names in other languages[edit]
Thank you for adding those Spanish names to Super Princess Peach articles. However, you should provide a citation to them so we know where they came from and we can verify them in the future if needed. You should also make the distinction between Latin American Spanish and European Spanish by using either |SpaA= for Latin American or |SpaE= for European, depending on which version of the game you took them from. — Lady Sophie_17

- Unsourced names in other languages need to be sourced per a proposal. If a citation is not provided, they are eligible to be removed. Please, just tell us where you got the name from. — Lady Sophie_17

- (I don't know how the talk pages work) All of the names come from the Glossary and are from the European Spanish, the only Spanish the game was translated for. Ikalette 19:36, August 14, 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you! I will add that bit of information to the pages you've gone through. Although this is not a policy, we encourage people to make the distinction between language dialects because it helps convey more information to the reader. Someone reading that Spanish name might not be aware the game did not have a Latin American Spanish release (I didn't) and this little extra letter helps get rid of that confusion immediately.
- As for talk pages, you can reply to other comments by adding
:right before your comment so it indents correctly, like I've done in this chain. You then end them by signing with~~~~So we can tell who wrote the comment. Thank you for understanding! — Lady Sophie_17

- One more question, just to confirm something. I know the English version of the game abbreviates quite a lot of character names in the glossary, such as M. Red P-Goomba. We transcribe those names as they are presented instead of writing them in full. Are they written in full in the Spanish version of the game? (E.G. is it written "Goomba alado rojo enfadado"?) — Lady Sophie_17

- Almost all of the names have the entire full name even if they are very long, the only exception are Paratroopas who are written as P-Troopa Ikalette (talk) 19:57, August 14, 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you for the clarification. — Lady Sophie_17
