Director of Match
Because of you having trouble on the forum, there's two lists of racers. Both are the same, but both you & I have assumed the role of director of the match – I planned to have a deadline of Christmas Day and the day after randomly choose where people go first. What I posted at the start:
Come one, come all!...or those who have Mario Kart DS and a Wi-Fi connection, to the MKDS New Year's Tournament!
We're looking for at least 8 players to hitch this off right, but we could do 6. Both have two matches of 3 or 4 winners, with the top 2 advancing to the final four, and the top 2 of that match facing off against each other for the title (thus, four matches in the end, going from 6-4-2-1 or 8-4-2-1).
I'm thinking that a player who finishes 1st has tie-breaking-winning privileges, which could be key in the final match. It also makes everyone try hard to get 1st, and not settle for 2nd (especially if we're down to six).
Please post your friend code if you know you will be available December 31, 2006 or January 1 or 2, 2007. Hopefully no one has any New Year's parties to go to and can instead celebrate it playing some Mario Kart DS, no?
I would love to share the role of co-director with you. I'm considering revising my tournament idea: hear me out.
In the old way above, only up to three matches, four in total, occurred. Why not make the first round more interesting and have everyone race three times in the first round? If nothing improves until it is time to post the first issue (hoping for 1-2 days after the deadline), I may have to ask you to actually post your article directly when or soon after it goes up. I'd give you a link to post it at, then I'd format it. - What I have done with my images is upload them to an external source, then add them to the wiki. I chose the images that didn't need to be resized (since that can't be done externally). Putting your comics on the forum is a cool idea to get rid of some. Wa TC@Y 20:55, 17 December 2006 (EST)

I can provide you with the code to put a status Above "User:3dejong" at the top of the page. I would leave it to you to format your text, I'd leave it normal. I know what you mean. When you copy a character onto a Background, its surroundings are white right? To fix that, try to replicate the surroundings and copying it and fitting it onto the bg around the character. If that doesnt work, send me a file and I'll try to make a tutorial of it.Knife (talk)
