I think Waluigi and Wario look unusual, and this is why... Waluigi is very interested in science and Wario likes Waluigi's experiments. So one day, Waluigi invited Wario to his house and did a cool experiment, and then, something went wrong and 💥BOOM!💥 The explosion caused exposure to radioactivity and thus, they started looking strange. That's it.
