Reconsider this course's primary power-up to be the Fire Flower[edit]

The opening paragraph for this article states that there is no primary power-up because the course contains Roulette Blocks. The Roulette Blocks in this course have every power-up in the original game, therefore making every power-up present equally. But that is not the entire truth. The Add ! Blocks Badge adds ! Blocks to courses. In this course, two of these blocks contain a Fire Flower. So, there are technically more Fire Flowers in this course than any other power-up. A similar situation occurs in Bulrush Express; an ! Block contains an Elephant Fruit when the primary power-up is a Super Mushroom. In that case, there are still more Super Mushrooms than Elephant Fruits.
