Unnecessary identifier in article nameEdit
Two articles for the Donkey Kong Bananza partial soundtrack release were created unintentionally under the titles Special Release: Donkey Kong Bananza and Special Release: Donkey Kong Bananza (Nintendo Music). The identifier used by the latter article seems unnecessary, as no other subject is named "Special Release: Donkey Kong Bananza." In contract, other Nintendo Music soundtracks use identifiers since they are directly named after their respective games. With both articles, an odd situation was created where the article without the identifier redirected solely to the article with the identifier. As the content of both articles has been merged, I believe the article with the identifier has been made unnecessary. B700465189a9 (talk) 00:20, September 19, 2025 (EDT)
- I'd prefer to keep the one with the identifier for consistency with the other Nintendo Music articles, even if no other subject exists. Even if you disagree, I believe the redirect should be retained on the page without an identifier until this matter is sorted, so that the existence of a duplicate doesn't persist.
