The name column is extremely fishy. They're all "the names of both items put together". Why is this bugging me? Because if they're from an artbook, then they probably aren't names for the combination of the two items. They're probably literally "the names of both items put together", because each pair of items are designed to look sensible when put together, and presented as one drawing because that's how one designs sensible pairings of items. I don't think "the names of both items put together" should be valid as the name of the combination of two items. I think the combination just doesn't have a distinct name at that point.
