Iggy Skip[edit]

Uhh, I don't think the Iggy Skip uses glitches, the video looks more like Mario using a moon jump hack so it's not glitching it's hacking. (Ie even If Mario did make it on the pillar, the paint star still can't be reached via normal jump.) Pikmin theories (talk) 15:08, 7 March 2017 (EST)

The video is called Paper Mario Color Splash HACKS! which seems to be a very obvious clue, and in the video it states that they're glitches that can happen when your cheating. Overall whoever created this article was not focusing on what the video said.

Should the page be deleted until a real glitch is found? --A sprite of a Flame Chomp from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.TheFlameChomp (talk) 15:18, 7 March 2017 (EST)
I think so.--Super Mario Fan 67 (T•C•S) 15:21, 7 March 2017 (EST)
Same here we should probably use the {{delete}} on this page. WACCA Lily R (Talk) SGoW sig.png 15:23, 7 March 2017 (EST)
I added the template. --A sprite of a Flame Chomp from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.TheFlameChomp (talk) 15:24, 7 March 2017 (EST)

Huey Text Storage[edit]

There is another instance of text storage in this game, however to my knowledge it has never been replicated. As such I'm leaving a link to the glitch, I hope maybe someone else has also performed this glitch and knows what makes it work: https://youtu.be/zlFn5Qx3aJM --Zaku (talk) 20:27, March 15, 2022 (EDT)

Kamek intervening - possible glitch[edit]

I don't know if this is a glitch, but when Kamek makes all of Mario's cards to one specific card, sometimes it might cause an Unwinnable fight to occur. There's a YouTube video that shows an example of this - all of Mario's cards have been turned into Eekhammers, and the opponent is a flying Swoop. Should this be mentioned in the article? link:User:Sparks Sparks (talk) link:User:Sparks 17:20, March 18, 2024 (EDT)

It's not a glitch because the code is working properly, it's just a game design issue. It would only be covered on unwinnable state. --Waluigi's head icon in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Too Bad! Waluigi Time! 17:29, March 18, 2024 (EDT)
Okay. Thanks for clarifying. link:User:Sparks Sparks (talk) link:User:Sparks 17:29, March 18, 2024 (EDT)

Erroneously Floating Super Ludsub (visual glitch to be added)[edit]

(This entry is based off of new information under the Super Ludsub article. Feel free to add this to the glitches page, since it is currently protected/not editable for non-users.)

Normally, if a KO Hammer hits the Super Ludsub, the Balloons disappear and the sub falls to the ground. However, if the first KO Hammer is the last Battle Card of the turn after the sub takes enough damage, the Balloons will still disappear, but the Super Ludsub will still appear floating as if they were still attached to the Balloons.[1][2] The resulting exploding sequence still completes normally.

(Also, some other pending glitches by non-users are yet to be added the talk page of Paper Mario: The Origami King...) 73.115.174.254 03:10, October 31, 2026 (UTC)

These look legitimate as far as I can tell, same with the video in the other talk page. I'm down to verify and add them + photos when I get the chance, just busy with a lot of other stuff lately. Thank you for brining them up. //ZAKU// (talk · edits) 02:30, November 2, 2026 (UTC)
