The Muteki Star Bracelet is an item Mario gives to Great in Super Mario Bros. 4: Super Mario World 7 of the Super Mario Kodansha manga. It is a bracelet with a Super Star on it.
After being hit by Koopa Seven's Kameriumu Kōsen, Great splits from Mario to let him live. Unable to see his friend dying, Mario gives him the bracelet. This revives the dying Great and turns him invincible. With renewed strength, Great destroy Koopa Seven and, with him no longer being a threat, he returns to his home planet, still wearing the bracelet.
