Kōmori Otoko is a monstrous form that Kurokyura takes in Super Mario-kun (chapter 8 of volume 8). In this form, the vampire becomes a giant bat with demonic traits such as horns and pointy tail. It is based and named after the Koumori Otoko of the Kamen Rider franchise, a recurring species of bat demons.

Taking advantage of his weakling and cowardly personality, Mario bosses Kurokyura around and then forces him to share a tomato juice, but as he explains while drinking it, tomato juice makes him turn into a monster.

Kōmori Otoko first attacks by summoning a storm of Minikyura, but thanks to Yokkī, they revolt back to their master. Kōmori Otoko then leaps and bites on Carrot, turning more muscular, but then Mario manages to burn him with the Fire form. What remains of Kōmori Otoko is his denture, still alive and biting, but with the help of Princess Peach's Super Scope powered by a Heart he manages to tame it, although now the fangs have taken a liking to Mario.
