"Baby Potato" is an episode of King Koopa's Kool Kartoons that aired on an unspecified date in 1989, likely in late October or November as Patrick Pinney is seen acting as King Koopa.[1]

Summary[edit]

King Koopa is seen petting a potato that is decorated with glitter and ribbons to represent a face and a hole near the bottom to represent a mouth. A Beezo then appears above King Koopa holding a letter, reading that one of Koopa's Troopas won The Nintendo Double Player Wireless Head-to-Head System. King Koopa then grabs a bottle and places it towards the "mouth" of the potato, pretending to feed it. King Koopa claims he is the father of the potato, saying it is growing, and that parenting is hard. A pair of leaves then grab King Koopa's shirt and attempts to drag him under the table. While this is happening, King Koopa says that he will be back and sings a lullaby to the potato. The The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode, "The Trojan Koopa" then plays.
