The 5-bai Senbei is the fifth of seven inventions made by Dr. Mario Nakamatsu that he gives to Mario in the "Time Traveler" story arc in the Super Mario Kodansha manga. It is a package of senbei (rice crackers) that make whoever eats them five times faster for five minutes.

While approaching the Daitōryō Kantei, Mario, Luigi, and Chibi Peach are targeted by the security system, so they eat a senbei each, evade the security laser, barge inside, and beat up Bowser. While Mario and Luigi stop using their enhanced speed, Chibi Peach keeps using it to cause mayhem on the upper floor of the palace, also damaging the central computer of the Space Colony Koopa & Peach. Noticing this, Bowser attempts to stop her, but Chibi Peach escapes her, until the effect expires and Bowser catches her.
