Spicy Pasta is a pasta item that is found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. This item is a unique meal made by Zess T. once given a Hot Sauce and any one of the following: Fresh Pasta, Spaghetti, or Koopasta. One bite of this pasta will recover ten HP and ten FP, and if it is used in battle, it will add a +one charge to the user's next attack.
