Jumping Jacks are jack-in-the-box enemies encountered in the Mario Zone of Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. Jumping Jacks randomly appear if Mario jumps under a block containing one. After it is released, it bounces around much like a Fighter Fly, but with greater speed. To defeat a Jumping Jack, Mario had to jump on top of its head or shoot a fireball at it.
