Water Gun.

Water Gun is a Water-type move in the Pokémon series, appearing as Squirtle's neutral special move in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Squirtle charges up the move when first used, and when the special attack button is pressed again Squirtle spits a stream of water from its mouth, the distance determined by how long the move was charged. If used right after charging, the move is instead a close-range attack. While charging and spitting in mid-air, players can still move Squirtle, and like most charging attacks the charging can be canceled and stored.
