Oh thats very simple to do. There's two ways you can do this, the first is to upload an image, tag the personal image template on it, and put it wherever you want on your userpage. Or, you can externally link them, just copy the address bar thingy on the image your viewing, and place it on your userpage or wherever your personal space is. Super-Yoshi^{Talk? C???}

Hey np, im glad to help users out. Ok, so you gotta copy the {{personal-image|Yoshi Boo 118}} to the image, not your userpage. I'll do this for you. As for the Help:Table template thingy, you don't need to copy it from there. I'm not a master at coding, so I went like this:
