I belive it's time to tell you this.A user has right to creat a userpage,a sign page,a welcome page and a status page.Their name should be like this:

User:Ludwig von Luigi/sig

User:Ludwig von Luigi/welcome

User:Ludwig von Luigi/status

Now,to make your sig,you have to creat a page named User:Ludwig von Luigi/sig

Then past this in the scroll box
