Tilt Island is a mini-game found in Super Paper Mario. To play, hold the Wii Remote sideways (the way one would normally hold it in the game) and tilt it to move Mario (or Peach, Bowser, or Luigi, depending on which character enters the minigame) left or right. Catch falling desserts for points. Collect enough desserts to advance to the next round. Get hit by a falling monster or tilt Mario off the island, and lose a life. Lose all three lives, and the game is over. Clear 20 Levels and win the game.

Items randomly fall out of the sky. Catch them and their effects activate immediately. Each items is worth 3000 points.

  • Mushroom: Adds an Extra Life to your total.
  • Flower: Your character starts spinning, and can knock away monsters for points.
  • Star: Clears all Monsters from the Screen.

  • According to The InterNed, the music that plays during the mini-game goes by the same name, "Tilt Island."
