This one is listed in Category:Koopas. They aren't confirmed to be Koopas, right? So I think the category needs to be removed. Time Questions 13:56, 29 January 2008 (EST)

Actually, yes. Besides the fact that their names are similar to Koopas, they also look like Koopas, and be defeated like Koopas (except that they explode). There is no official proof that these are Koopas, but common sense points to it.Knife (talk)

I read somewhere that due to the gameboy's graphical limitations, developers couldn't include the classic koopa shell sliding around, so these replaced koopas. can anyone reference this? Lu-igi board 12:28, 28 February 2011 (EST)
