In-game description

Stone-Eye Koopas is a Challenge from the 1-Up Rally pack featured in New Super Mario Bros. U. It is based on the level Stone-Eye Zone from Layer-Cake Desert.

Gameplay

Mario, wearing his Flying Squirrel suit, must keep himself jumping on three Koopa Troopas and two Paratroopas walking on three Stone-Eyes to earn as many 1-Ups as he can. Touching the ground is allowed, though it hinders the player's progress.
