Spin Charge is the name of an attack in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which will act as Sonic the Hedgehog's Down Special Move. If Sonic uses this attack, the player can tap the special move button to charge the attack even further. Charging it up gives it a huge power boost, moreso than the Spin Dash's charge. The attack appears to be very similar to Jigglypuff's Rollout attack. Although it is unclear what the exact effects of the move are, other than causing massive damage, a recent trailer showed that the move may toss opposing players into the air when hit, allowing Sonic to continue rolling even when he hits an opponent.
