Room 7-9 (titled Room 6-9 in the British English version) is the ninth course of Spooky Attic in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis.

The course features five Mini Marios.

Overview[edit]

This level has several elevations divided with girder platforms, and features several Donut Blocks, Conveyor Belts and yellow Color Switches across. There is also a ? Block containing a Fire Flower, which can transform a Mini Mario into its fire form. The Mini Marios not initially near the ? Block must head for the top of the level, then head to the leftmost Donut Blocks that will safely lead them to the exit.

Mini Mario Card[edit]

The Mini Mario Card is at the very top of the level, above a yellow Color Switch and a Capture Kong's roaming distance. A Mini Mario must avoid the nearby Capture Kong and use the yellow Color Switch to get to the card. This task is simplified if a Mini uses a Fire Flower to temporarily stun the Capture Kong.

Star scores[edit]

  • A bronze star symbol. Used as the cleanest possible way to represent bronze stars in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis, since ripping sprites cleanly from that game is notoriously difficult. Bronze star: 13700 points
  • A silver star symbol. Used as the cleanest possible way to represent silver stars in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis, since ripping sprites cleanly from that game is notoriously difficult. Silver star: 18700 points
  • A gold star symbol. Used as the cleanest possible way to represent gold stars in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis, since ripping sprites cleanly from that game is notoriously difficult. Gold star: 43200 points
