He asks, knows the player about the "duelist greeting" or not. The correct answer is "Chaaaaarge!". Then the quest Duel Tower, 1F (later 2F, 3F) starts.<br>

| On the first floor [[Whomp]] is fought, and [[Salvo]] fought on the second. Mouser appears between stages to cheer the player on. At the third floor Mouser is fought himself. Once he is beaten, he says what only the player can stop [[Bowser]] from conquering the world and lets him keep the mini-games.
