“Karaoke programming... overpowering system... must... host... party!”
Mike, WarioWare: Touched!

Mike is a character in WarioWare: Touched! In the game, he hosts a section devoted entirely to blowing into the microphone on the Nintendo DS.

Dr. Crygor designs him to be a karaoke robot, but programs him to do the cleaning around the doctor's lab. Everything goes fine until Mike decides to blow a pile of dust away. That causes his karaoke programming to take over him and he quickly bursts out of the lab, ready to karaoke. He soon reaches the planet of the Alien Bunnies, and holds a Karaoke tournament there.

Soon after Mike beats his competition, Dr. Crygor shows up in a space cab driven by Dribble and Spitz. Mike says his goodbyes to the Space Bunnies and they all fly home. Later on back at the lab, Dr. Crygor wishes to sing a duet with Mike, but as it turns out, Dr. Crygor is not a good singer. Mike insults Crygor's singing, but Dr. Crygor says that Mike's programming was, of course, made by him. Slightly irritated, Mike runs off, and ends up going to the Hawt House like everyone else in the game.

In WarioWare: Smooth Moves, Mike plays two roles; in Penny's stage ('The Invent-Off'), he is shown cheering for Dr. Crygor (presumably) in the Invent-Off. Later, he and Dr. Crygor have their own stage ('The Kelorometer'), during which the player's Mii is put into the Kelorometer. Dr. Crygor and Mike pedal bicycles to power the machine, which allows the character's Mii to burn 'kelories'.

In WarioWare: D.I.Y., Mike is a usable stamp in the Comic MakerMatic.

Mike's Song

During his opening video in WarioWare: Touched!, Mike sings a song. Both his and Ashley's theme song are the only songs in that game that have lyrics. Like Ashley's song, it appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl in Japanese and English - in an edited form.

Lyrics in WarioWare: Touched!

(Go! Go! Go, go, Mike!

Go! Go! Go, go, Mike!)

My name is Mike, come on, let's robo-karaoke!
(Rock the mic! Rock the mic!)

Get up on the stage and sing a little ditty for me!
(Rock the mic! Rock the mic!)

Off-key? No, not me!
I'm a karaoke machine!
(Rock the mic!)

I've got two mics on my head
And you sing into me!
(Rock the mic! Rock the mic!)

Don't you wanna--
Don't you wanna--
Don't you wanna karaoke?
(Rock the mic! Rock the mic!)

Off-key? No, not me!
I'm a karaoke machine!

(Rock the mic!)
