The Mario Brothers Clog Cleaner is a product created by Mario and Luigi in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! live-action segment "The Marios Fight Back".
According to Mario and Luigi, Mario Brothers Clog Cleaner can dissolve any plumbing clog in three minutes or less and is the best there is, which Mario and Luigi bragged to reporter David Horowitz.
Mario Brothers Clog Cleaner itself is a brown powder which one simply pours into a clogged drainpipe to unclog it. It is unknown what ingredients are in Mario Brothers Clog Cleaner, though it seems that if it is mixed with Mario Brothers Plant Food, it can cause mutation, as it did with a drain clog.
