The Lovely Howz of Badges is a badge shop found in Rogueport during the events of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. This shop is located in Rogueport Square near the inn. For the first few parts of the game, the shop was closed and Mario could not enter. But after some time, he could come in to buy or sell some various badges. There are two shopkeepers there: an unnamed, overly-enthusiastic yellow mouse, and Ms. Mowz, the thief that Mario and his friends encounter from time to time. But if Ms. Mowz joins Mario's party, she will leave her duty at the shop.

It's been assumed that Ms. Mowz's secondary job at the store is to search the world for rare badges to sell at this shop. This explains why she appeared to be looking for a rare badge at Hooktail Castle.

If Mario beat the game with Ms. Mowz in his party, it states that she took her job back the the Lovely Howz of Badges.
