Koopa's Seaside Soiree is Koopa Troopa's board in Mario Party 4. It is based upon Koopa's dream of building a seaside resort. Every other time you pass it, Koopa will ask you to contribute 5 coins to the building of his Koopa Kabana. If a player lands on a ? space, a tidal wave will strike and the kabana will be ruined. A Dolphin and Ukiki make appearances in this game. Its story mode game is Kareening Koopas.
