Disable

Disable is one of Mewtwo's moves in Super Smash Bros. Melee. It is executed by pressing Down + B. It makes sparks come out of Mewtwo's head, and if they hit anybody, then the character is immoble. It Mewtwo does this move again if there immobile, then they will be sent into the air- with only one damage made to them.
