Gameplay
The player must diagnose Wario's chest by searching around his body until the stethoscope finds the injury spot.
WarioWare: Smooth Moves
The Wii Remote will start to vibrate as the spot gets closer.
- 1st level difficulty: Wario has a normal-sized body.
- 2nd level difficulty: Wario has a long body.
- 3rd level difficulty: Wario is fat.
WarioWare Gold
Wario will look distressed and shake his head "yes" as the spot gets closer.
- 1st level difficulty: Wario is skinny.
- 2nd level difficulty: Wario is fat.
- 3rd level difficulty: Wario is muscular.
