Dr. Payne

Dr. Payne is a dentist who resembles the Sewer Guru. He only appears in Wario's Level in WarioWare: Touched!. When Wario's teeth get badly hurt and rotted. he goes to the Dr. Payne's Dental Clinic. Dr. Payne fixes Wario's teeth and Wario feels magnificently rotten. and Wario's microgames begin.
