Level 1-3 is the third level of Yōsei no Mori and the third level overall in Mario & Wario.
Layout
The player starts the level at the bottom right, whereas Luigi is found at the top right. Wanda must simply turn on all of the Flip-Flop Blocks in the level to allow the player to avoid the spikes and thus reach Luigi. There is also a Coin Block found at the middle of the second floor that Wanda can hit for up to ten coins.
