Logan (also known as Mokuka)[1] is a green gaseous entity that lives in the desert at Land's End. When engaged in battle, Logan resembles a green cloud with two eyes and a mouth. However, outside of battle, Logan resembles a small white puff of smoke. When in this form, Logan wanders around the desert, randomly appearing in different areas and running away from attackers. If an adventurer can chase down Logan, a battle will begin.
When the battle begins, Logan will be invisible and assume the name Formless. Since Logan is invisible, the creature can dodge all regular attacks. Fortunately, Formless cannot dodge special attacks. Since Formless has no magic defense and low HP, it can be taken down with the simplest special attacks. Logan is a master of magic and can use a variety of magical attacks, including Bolt, Static E!, Electroshock, and Solidify. Once a special attack is used against Formless, the cloud creature will assume its true form, the green Logan. Unfortunately, Logan will retain all of its powerful magic attacks it used during its Formless state. In his gaseous state, Logan will be weak against regular attacks (however, the creature will be strong against special attacks). After defeating Logan, the winning party will earn 30 Experience Points.

- The name Logan may come from kumo, the Japanese word for cloud, but with its syllables swapped and an added "ra".
- Bowser summons Logan whenever he uses a Poison Gas attack.
