A Briefcase is an item people use to keep their belongings in.
In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, this item belonged to a Ratooey Businessman and was stolen by Beldam, Marilyn and Doopliss while Mario and his teammates were aboard the Excess Express. Beldam, Marilyn and Doopliss needed this briefcase to bomb the train with Nitro Honey Syrup.
The combination of the Briefcase is 2625. This number is needed to solve the Ratooey Businessman's trouble.
