Sniper Bill
Template:MLinfobox A Sniper Bill is a large, flexible Bullet Bill that appears in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. These enemies roam the halls of Bowser's Castle, attacking intruders. However, instead of flying through the air like a normal Bullet Bill, a Sniper Bill stands in one place and attacks intruders with a Super Scope. Sniper Bills fire bullets from the Super Scope and fly into intruders themselves (like a regular Bullet Bill). If the scope on Mario or Luigi is small, the bullet hits before the Sniper Bill. If the scope is large, the opposite is true. These enemies are healed by fire but are weak to thunder. Like other members of the Koopa Troop, these enemies unknowingly aid Bowser's enemy, the evil Cackletta, in her attack on the Beanbean Kingdom. Unlike their cannon spawned cousins, they have tan arms and wear fingerless gloves.
