Summary
Mt. Molten is the volcano in the Melty Molten Galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy. There is a Launch Star above it, but if Mario or Luigi drop into the volcano, there are coins in there, But the volcano will erupt 15 seconds after being in there, or using the Launch Star. In the Purple Coin mission (Red Hot Purple Coins), there are purple coins down the sides of Mt. Molten.
Trivia
- The Mario Kart Wii course Grumble Volcano could possibly be underneath Mt. Molten, as Maple Treeway was based around Gold Leaf Galaxy.
- The eruptions of Mt. Molten are not classed as Lava Spurts.
