Err.. I always took it the reason she didn't appear in Super Paper Mario was that she in Paper Mario 2 after she was beaten. I mean she doesn't even let out a moan when you talk to her after beating her.

Relation to Bowser.
Note that Bowser referred to her as Grandma during Paper Mario 2. Bowser could have been using it in a joking manner, but it was capitalized during the middle of a sentence. Which makes it likely that this is how she is related to him. --King Boo 23:59, 18 August 2007 (EDT)
