Egg-Plants are flowers in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island DS that spit out Yoshi Eggs. Their very common and appear in almost every level. They spit out eggs one at a time, but if a Yoshi Ground Pounds near one, the plant will shout out several at once. Lick the eggs to catch them.

These Needlenose-Plants are annoying, but ironically, you can slurp up the Needlenoses for eggs, so technically they're just like normal Egg-Plants; they give you eggs.
