He never appears again, not even after Mario comes back to the Glitz Pit, due to King K returning to the roster.
Sir Swoop resides in the Minor League locker room for the rest of the chapter. After the chapter has been completed, Sir Swoop will vanish because of King K. returning to the roster.

Sir Swoop enters the Glitz Pit shortly after King K vanishes. He gets the exact same introduction from Jolene as Mario did (even including button prompts, such as "Press A"); however, his instructions from Grubba are comically to "do a triple flip and meow" (a feat that, had Mario gotten it – which is impossible in the game – he could not have done).

Sir Swoop resides in the Minor League locker room for the rest of the chapter. After the chapter has been completed, Sir Swoop will vanish because of King K. returning to the roster.
