The Star Sages were a group of three characters who kept the Star Cures away from enemies during the events of Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. The three sages were Wisdurm of Dimble Woods, Kuzzle of Plack Beach, and Chakron of Plack Beach as well. Each of them were supposed to guard a Star Cure, waiting for the 'hero to arrive', according to Wisdurm.
