Finishing Touch is Cloud's second level three Limit Break in Final Fantasy VII and his down special move when under Limit Break status in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U. When used, Cloud spins and swings his sword, creating a whirlwind that only deals 1% damage but has very high knockback.
