I've written the needed characters and obstacles section, uploaded the corresponding images to the article, and added kart images to the respective sections. I've rewritten sections that were subject to poor writing and reorganized it to be like Mario Kart 8. Finally, I expanded the reception and sales section. I think it deserves to be featured once again.
