Template:Minigame-infobox Plunder Ground is a Free-for-All minigame in Mario Party 9. Its name comes from "underground" and "plunder" (meaning "treasure").
Introduction
The view slowly moves to the one seen, as the players are standing on the island, before four treasure chests.
Gameplay
In each round, jewels fall into four Treasure Chests carried by Monty Moles. After three rounds, the player with more jewels wins. In the first round, three chests are filled with 10 jewels, and one stay empty. In the second round, two chests are filled with 15 jewels, and two stay empty. In the third round, one of the chests is filled with 10 jewels, another is filled with 20, and the other two are empty.
