Hello, and welcome! When uploading images, they need to have a proper licensing template and be categorized properly. You can read more about those at Template:License-reminder and Template:Imagecategory-reminder. You can look at the File:ProfessorToadSunDance.png image you uploaded, which has been corrected, as an example.
Filling out the aboutfile template upon uploading is also recommended, but not required. You can read more about that at Template:Aboutfile-reminder if you'd like.
