Hi, so I've tried to perform a CheckUser on the account but due to the fact that it's been inactive for so long it doesn't actually pull up any IP addresses for the account, so I don't think there's any way to verify if it's related to you or not, unless there's something else we could try checking. There's always the chance that you could have an entirely different IP address by now anyway and we wouldn't be able to trace it back from there. As for whether the account can be "closed", we don't delete accounts here and we also don't block accounts unless they explicitly break one of our rules. Additionally, I wouldn't want to do that unless there's absolute certainty that the account the is related to you. So I'm sorry, but I don't think there's anything much we can do in this situation. Thanks for trying; probably not mine (now that I think about it) because it started so long ago.
Also I moved house (to a one within a km away) in 2017 so the geolocation of the IP addresses would be pretty close.
