The order of characters for the vehicle colour schemes corresponds to the in-game roster's order (so it's easier for readers to follow); please do not change them.

RE: Character icons / Default City Tripper[edit]
First of all, please don't make so many consecutive edits to a single page in a short timespan, and use the "Show preview" button to check your edits before publishing.
I've already explained at the top why the icons should reflect the roster order. As for the City Tripper, it was part of the Animal Crossing x Mario Kart 8 DLC, so the Animal Crossing design is the intended default look (even being used in promotional material). Mario JC 07:03, August 7, 2025 (EDT)
Mario artwork[edit]
Please stop reverting the artwork in Mario's infobox. It should use artwork from the more recent game, and since the current one was featured in Jamboree which came out after Mario vs DK on Switch, it should stay. Mario JC 07:04, August 22, 2025 (EDT)
