Lyric[edit]

Thank you for adding the lyrics to My Heart's a-Burnin'. The last line of the Simplified Chinese version reads:

好像立即靠近你 飞奔扑向你怀抱

I watched a speedrun and found the first four characters to be:

好想立刻靠近你 飞奔扑向你怀抱

Is this due to version differences or something? —Dine2017 (talk) 00:57, July 8, 2025 (EDT)

About this edit[edit]

Special:Diff/5054651

Thank you for taking the time to make this edit.

One edit you made is changing 「纸」 to "纸". You are right that Simplified Chinese doesn't use the 「」 quotes. But what Simplfied Chinese really uses is the curly quotes “”, not the straight "".

You are also correct that the ⺬/⺭ difference is a stylistic one in Traditional Chinese, and that the Traditional Chinese localization of this game uses consistently. However, this is not true for the Simplified Chinese localization of this game, where 神 uses ⺭ and 祇 uses ⺬, which can be confirmed by this screenshot. --Dine2017 (talk) 10:35, September 21, 2025 (EDT)

Thanks for the update. Personally I find it unnecessary to mention Traditional Chinese because both forms of the radical are right. I think only the ⺬ form of the Simplified Chinese localization is worth mentioning as it is obsoleted by the xin zixing script reform and is now rarely seen in Simplified Chinese. —Dine2017 (talk) 22:39, September 21, 2025 (EDT)
