Main characters and golf[edit]
The "girl-Mario" golfer seems just as "main" to me as the Camelot human characters, given the mode they are from is also almost entirely removed from Mario as a setting until essentially the very end. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 18:01, March 7, 2026 (UTC)
Fair enough I guess. I just assumed for the Camelot humans because at the very least they are main characters on story modes and well their games are more clearly Mario games. Also now that I have an opportunity may I ask why Waluigi is also on the main characters category? Like he hasn't headlined any title as far as I'm aware (except that one wierd lost media browser game but I doubt that is what the category is referencing). Also I assume Timber is on said category too because he is kind of co-lead, with it being his island and all, on Diddy Kong Racing (and was supposed to be the main character during development) but I don't know if this enough (then again I kinda wanted to add the category for Bowser because basically he is the protagonist on Bowser's Inside Story or as important as Mario and Luigi at the very least, so maybe I'm the hypocritical one).
