Hisstocrat's underlings[1] are enemies first appearing in Super Mario 3D World. They are giant cyan-pink colored snakes with white appendages and orange-pink rhombuses that appears from the ground upon being called by their bosses, the Hisstocrats, to help them in battle. that hold plates on their heads
