Move to Void Company?[edit]
While both names are valid, it seems that Void Company is the more commonly used one, especially in marketing during and after the Bananza Direct. I guess we'll see which is used more often in the game itself once it releases, but I thought I'd bring this up awhile now. Technetium (talk) 19:10, June 29, 2025 (EDT)
- Only thing is, VoidCo is used literally everywhere such as on the official website whereas Void Company is used like once on the product website. It's best to keep this at VoidCo. PrincessPeachFan (talk) 06:42, July 3, 2025 (EDT)
- I'd disagree. Void Company has been used in both the direct and marketing multiple times. It's very possible "VoidCo" was an early localized name that changed at some point in development. Depends on what the final game says and uses, but at this point "Void Company" has been used more in secondary sources as far as I can tell. BubbleRevolution (talk) 18:32, July 12, 2025 (EDT)

- Where specifically? It's very possible it was a recent change and whoever was in charge of the website either wasn't informed or used it by mistake. Either way, "Void Company" seems to definitively be the more official name for the group considering how much it's used compared to how little "VoidCo" is in marketing and promotional stuff. - Editing to add I did some digging, "VoidCo" is used like once in the Direct, but they're primarily referred to as "Void Company" there, it's possibly it might just be an abbreviation. Regardless, "Void Company" is used in the Direct, on Nintendo's official page, on social media, compared to "VoidCo" on the website, one offhand mention in the Direct and nowhere else I could find.
